• The 2006 Super Sire Stakes
will be held during the Texas Breeder’s Classic Futurity on May
13th,
2006.

• The 2006 Super Sire Stakes
will be limited to bulls born between January 1, 2004 and December 31,
2004,

who are made eligible by the
nomination of their Sires to the list of subscribed Sires. There
is no additional
-
entry fee, bulls
are made eligible by the subscription of their Sires.

Super Sire Stakes subscription fees are in the
amount of $750.00 per subscribed Sire.
-
-
• The
Super Sire Stakes Purse for 2006 will consist of the total Super Sire
Stakes subscription fees received less
-
$100.00 per
subscribed Sire that will go towards administrative costs. Of the
subscription fee $400.00 will go to the
-
Super Sire Stakes
Purse for eligible bulls competing in 2006 and $250.00 of the
subscription fee will go in the Sires
-
Purse for the
Owners of the subscribed Sires.

Payments shall be made to Super Sire Stakes in full by the subscribed
Sire Owner or Manager.
-

• A
Sire may be subscribed for future Super Sire Stakes in order to
guarantee his calves eligibility in future events.
-
The fee for such
subscription will be the normal fee due for the Sire on the date the
event is held.

There shall be no refunds or adjustments to the fee paid for any reason,
and the fee will become part of the
-
added purse for
named event whether or not the Sire has calves nominated to the event.

Payment of fees: All subscription fees will be made payable to the
Super Sire Stakes in U S Funds transmitted
-
by U S Mail.

•
Declining Sires: The Super Sire Stakes reserves the right to decline
subscribed Sires and will give notice by
-
U S Mail to
the Sire Owner.

• The
Super Sire Stakes reserves the right to cancel this event without notice
at any time prior to the event without
-
liability to
them, but in such an event, shall return all Sire subscription fees in
full.

• All
eligible bulls will be bound by all rules stated by Texas Breeder’s
Classic. Any bull not complying with rules
-
will be ineligible
and forfeit all entry fees as well as monies won.

Change of Ownership: In the event a subscribed Sire changes
ownership, the Sire shall remain eligible under
-
new owner provided
the Super Sire Stakes is informed and the new Owner is accepted.

Eligible Sires will be posted on the Super Sire Stakes Website and will
be available upon request directly from
-
the Super Sire
Stakes. A list will be published in any Super Sire Stakes
advertisements.
